Board of Trustees
Providing leadership, stewardship and strategic direction
The Board provides overall governance, strategic oversight and stewardship of the Foundation. It brings together members of the management team, family representatives, community and faith leaders, as well as individuals contributing specialised knowledge and expertise.
The Chairperson provides overall leadership to the Board and guides the Foundation's strategic direction, governance and long-term sustainability. Collectively, the Board safeguards the Foundation's vision, values and resources while guiding programmes, partnerships and long-term development.

The Foundation's day-to-day activities are coordinated by a dedicated management team responsible for translating the Board's strategic direction into practical programmes and initiatives.
Emmanuel Nani Avisseh
Head of Operations
Provides overall day-to-day management and coordination of the Foundation's programmes, activities, resources and team, ensuring plans and priorities are effectively implemented.
Donald Agbemeseli Avisseh
Coordinator – Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Leads engagement with schools, community leaders, teachers, parents and beneficiaries, ensuring interventions respond to real community needs.
Kingdom Kededor Avisseh
Coordinator – Partnerships & Communication
Develops relationships with organisations, institutions, businesses and NGOs, and leads communication, public relations and visibility.
Veronica Avisseh
Coordinator – Diaspora Engagement
Builds relationships across the Ghanaian and Avisseh family diaspora, creating ways for members to contribute resources, expertise, networks and mentorship.
Wilhemina Avisseh
Coordinator – Administration
Coordinates administrative functions, documentation, correspondence, meetings and logistics, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
